A doctoral candidate in mathanatics at Cornell University, Juan
Alonso, has asked us to help his wife, Graciela Arabaolsa, leave

that you can help.
Enclosed, are a New York Times story about the case and a
letter from Mr. Alonso to Abe Rosenthal at the Times. They provide
some information about the case. Mr. Alonso can provide additional
information. His phone numbers are (607) 273-6740 or (607) 256-3981.
As Ms. Arabaolsa has already been released fran prison, I wouJd hope
that the Argentine authorities would respond favorably to a request
from the Department of State for permission for her and her children
to be reunited with her husband.
